Gluten Free French Toast

GF French Toast
2 slices GF Bread
1 X-large egg
Small portion of butter or margarine
1 tsp milk
¼ tsp Cinnamon powder

If you're using homemade frozen GF bread, defrost. If you are using fresh store-bought GF bread, you should be ready to go.
Cooking time:
7-10 minutes

  1. Use your 11” skillet spraying it with a light coating of nonstick oil spray and heating it under low temp.
  2. Take 2 slices of frozen GF bread and defrost in the micro for 1 minute. While preparing the bread break your egg into a wide glass dish adding the milk and Cinnamon mixing it together. Then dredge one slice of bread – top and bottom – thru the egg mix and lay it on the griddle; do the same with the 2nd slice of bread. Increase the temp. a bit and slowly cook until brown on one side, flip and do the other.
  3. When cooked, place both slices on a plate and butter, add syrup (if used) and sprinkle the Confectionary Sugar on the toast through a small strainer which will allow it to spread more evenly.
