Gluten Free Babyback BBQ Pork Ribs

GF Babyback BBQ Pork Ribs

Comment: These are terrific, deliciously tasty, fully cooked and a perfect gf lunch or snack either alone or with a side of baked beans, potato salad or rice.
Cooking time:
15 minutes

1 pound package of cooked, Baby Back Pork Ribs

Preparation:BBQ Pork Ribs
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Use a flat oven safe cookware dish or pan and slice the package along 3 edges being careful not to let the sauce ooze out. Lay the package over the cooking dish and work the ribs out squeezing the sauce over them. Bake for a minimum 20 minutes or until the sauce begins to bubble. These are precooked so all you’re doing is heating them up. When heated, lay the ribs on a cutting board, cut the individual ribs away and serve.

Sides: Baked Beans, Potato Salad or White Rice. If using rice you’ll need a sauce to flavor it so use what you might already have in the fridge or make a small amount of our own BBQ sauce or, if enough left over from the ribs, use that.
