Gluten Free White Rice

Comment: We’re not introducing something new here as rice has been around for thousands of years and there are over 6,000 varieties. That’s all well and good but we do use rice in a number of our recipes and for us it’s a staple alongside pasta. We use it in our Italian, Chinese, Cajun and Mexican dishes as well as our soups. Of the many varieties in our local supermarkets, we prefer Carolina Enriched Extra Long Grain and although everyone has their own way to prepare rice, we follow the simple package directions and it works fine.
