Gluten Free Tuna Sandwich

GF Tuna Sandwich

Comment: Sandwiches – on bread or bun – are a staple not only at lunch but any time during the day and night. A sandwich with a glass of milk, a Coke, a beer, hot chocolate, juice or by itself is a welcome treat and enjoyed by all.

Ingredients:
1 5 oz can solid white chunk tuna in water, drained
2 slices HomeMade or Commercial GF Bread or one HomeMade or Commercial GF Bun
2 slices tomato
1 lettuce leaf
Salt & pepper to taste

Preparation:
  1. Defrost bread 1 minute or bun 2 minutes in micro and you may want to toast lightly
  2. Layer ingredients with lettuce first, tuna, tomato
  3. Add Mayo
  4. Slice in half
Condiments: Pickles, Potato Chips
Sides: Potato Salad, French Fries
