Gluten Free Mixed Grill

GF Mixed Grill
Ingredients:
5 ozs steak, cut into cubes
1 sweet Italian sausage, semi-frozen, inch slices
1 hot Italian sausage, semi-frozen, inch slices
5 ozs center cut boneless pork, cut into cubes
2 medium white potatoes, peeled and cut in cubes
1 green pepper cut into slices
1 medium onion cut into quarters
3 tbls vegetable oil
Salt & pepper to taste

Comment: When you're at wits end and you dont know what else to do, a mixed grill dinner might be the answer. We find it an interesting and tasty recipe because no matter what we have in the way of meat or chicken, in it goes along with potatoes and vegetables. It's good for a quick, Saturday night dinner or Sunday afternoon football game.

Preparation:
  1. In a 12 fry pan with lid add vegetable oil and meats and fry over medium heat until all are nearly cooked (15 minutes).
  2. In a 2 quart pan add potatoes cooking Al Dante (not more, less is better), strain, add to meats stirring and cooking until the potatoes form a crusty brown doneness and then add all other ingredients stirring carefully so as not to break up the potatoes. Cook until peppers and onions are soft.
Condiments: Hot Sauce, Ketchup
