
Gluten-Free Italian Dressing/Marinade

The success of a meal you are serving can be measured by how often you are asked to repeat it and to that end we would like to suggest that you try our gluten-free Spaghetti Sauce recipe which is easy to make and contains all naturally gluten-free ingredients. Take a can of tomatoes, a can of tomato paste, add some garlic, olive oil and some herbs and cook – simple but delicious over any pasta that you choose. To that pasta meal add a wholesome green salad with a Dressing of olive oil and vinegar and guaranteed, you’ll be asked for frequent repeats.
Marinade flavors are usually a creation of the chef using a variety of ingredients depending on what is to be marinated – meat, fish or foul and the soaking time will vary on the end flavor and tenderness that the chef is looking for. Our gluten-free Marinade recipe for grilled chicken calls for olive oil, vinegar, garlic, herbs, water, salt and pepper and a trace amount of hot pepper flakes with a minimum marinating refrigeration time of 1 hour- longer is better.
