Comment: Sandwiches – on bread or bun – are a staple not only at lunch but any time during the day or night. A sandwich with a glass of milk, a Coke, a beer, hot chocolate, juice or by itself is a welcome treat and enjoyed by all. We often make this with Ham, Turkey, Tuna or even go as far as a BLT using our Bacon recipe.

Ingredients:
2 slices HomeMade or Commercial GF Bread or one HomeMade or Commercial GF Bun
2 slices deli cooked ham, or cooked deli turkey, deli roast beef, Bacon or Tuna
2 slices tomato (optional)
1 slice white American cheese (optional)
1 lettuce leaf
Preparation:
- Defrost bread 1 minute or bun 2 minutes in micro and you may want to toast lightly
- Layer ingredients in whatever order you choose
- Add mustard, dressing, mayo or Condiment of your choice
- Slice in half
- Serve with pickles, potato chips
