Satisfying a Multi Choice Gluten Free Appetite

Gluten-Free Sandwiches

Comment: Sandwiches – on bread or bun – are a staple not only at lunch but any time during the day or night. A sandwich with a glass of milk, a Coke, a beer, hot chocolate, juice or by itself is a welcome treat and enjoyed by all.  We often make this with Ham, Turkey, Tuna or even go as far as a BLT using our Bacon recipe.

Cooking time:


2 slices HomeMade or Commercial GF Bread or one HomeMade or Commercial GF Bun
2 slices deli cooked ham, or cooked deli turkey, deli roast beef, Bacon or Tuna
2 slices tomato (optional)
1 slice white American cheese (optional)
1 lettuce leaf


  1. Defrost bread 1 minute or bun 2 minutes in micro and you may want to toast lightly
  2. Layer ingredients in whatever order you choose
  3. Add mustard, dressing, mayo or Condiment of your choice
  4. Slice in half
  5. Serve with pickles, potato chips

Condiments: Pickles, Potato Chips

Sides: Potato Salad, Fried Chick Peas, French Fries
