Comment: If we don’t use this every day, then we use it every other day as it’s a versatile dressing for a variety of uses including being the base for a tasty marinade.
Enough for one large green salad
3 tbls Virgin Olive Oil
1 tsp Red Wine Vinegar (more if you like it tart)
½ tsp garlic powder
Salt & pepper to taste
- Stir ingredients together, mix into salad.
