Satisfying a Multi Choice Gluten Free Appetite

Gluten-Free BBQ Sauce

Comment: There are many occasions when we use a BBQ sauce – grilled chicken wingettes, pork or beef ribs, grilled steak, or over white rice to name a few – and this recipe lends itself to your own personal modification so use it as a starter.

Cooking time:
10 minutes

Serves:
1 cup +

Ingredients:
1 cup ketchup
2 tbls Molasses
1 tbls Honey
2 tsp Chili powder
½ tsp Garlic powder
2 tbls Soy sauce

Preparation:
Add all ingredients to a small sauce pan and heat until you have a good blend of flavors. Brush on meat being cooked or add to rice as a sauce.

Note: 3 TBLs of Lemon can be added for additonal flavor
