GF Roast Beef Sandwich

Comment: Sandwiches – on bread or bun – are a staple not only at lunch but any time during the day or night. A sandwich with a glass of milk, a Coke, a beer, hot chocolate, juice or by itself is a welcome treat and enjoyed by all.

Ingredients:
2 slices HomeMade GF Bread or one HomeMade GF Bun
2 slices deli roast beef or 4 ounces shaved deli roast beef
1 slice Swiss or white American cheese
2 slices tomato
1 lettuce leaf
Salt & pepper to taste
Preparation:
  1. Defrost bread 1 minute or bun 2 minutes in micro and you may want to toast lightly
  2. Layer ingredients with lettuce first, roast beef, tomato, cheese
  3. Add mustard, dressing, mayo
  4. Slice in half
Condiments: Pickles, Potato Chips
Sides: Potato Salad, French Fries
